It is my first time in Boston, and I feel both bold and humble — deeply inspired by everything that has unfolded during my visit to Harvard Business School. Over the past weeks, I immersed myself fully in cases, presence, teamwork, and the intensity of PLD.
I still remember stepping onto campus: nervous, motivated, excited.
I knew a new chapter of my life had begun.
To walk among brilliant minds from all over the world — and to be part of this circle — is something I have dreamt of for years. Suddenly, it wasn’t a dream anymore. It was real.
With intense case studies, packed days, sports in the mornings, and a constant push beyond my comfort zone (which I secretly love), I felt like an athlete again.
It reminded me of boarding school around 2010:
A bunch of passionate nerds.
Competition mixed with collaboration.
And the joy of learning surrounded by people who think big.
I felt energised — almost like gaining a superpower.
Moments like these show me how much I benefit from being around like-minded people… and how much I can support them in return.
I already miss PLD41. Truly.
Since Module 2, I’ve experienced a deep shift in how I grow, lead, and navigate complexity. These are the takeaways I’m carrying into Module 3:
Real growth isn’t comfortable.
And I’ve learned to embrace exactly that.
The HBS process expands my comfort zone in ways I never expected. Trusting it — even when it’s tough — has been one of my biggest breakthroughs.
Every day, I work on becoming a more intentional, self-aware leader.
My coach has guided me through challenges, helping me identify patterns and transform them into learning moments.
Leadership, for me, is now about clarity, presence, and choosing consciously — not perfection.
The workload doesn’t stress me.
It excites me.
Understanding the underlying learning framework changed everything. I know what matters, what to prioritise, and how the pieces fit together. It’s empowering.
Everything I learn, experience, and integrate at HBS flows directly into my work — strengthened by my creativity, alpine spirit, and years of entrepreneurial experience.
You gain access to updated trends, bold thinking, and innovative ideas rooted in real frameworks.
Nothing superficial — only what creates sustainable, long-term growth.
I blend analytical thinking with authenticity.
It’s structured but intuitive, rigorous but personal.
Sometimes it’s the tougher way — but it’s always worth it.
You enter a circle I share only with people and brands I genuinely trust.
This network is not transactional — it’s based on connection, contribution, and real exchange.
It’s rare, and I’m proud of it.
If I summarise my PLD journey so far, it comes down to:
• The people
• Trusting the process — even when it’s hard
• The fun, the inspiration, and the personal growth
And growth is not just about ROI.
There is so much more value in how we think, how we connect, and how we evolve.
The process continues.
More focus.
More challenges.
More pushing at the edge of what feels comfortable, because that’s where the real shift happens.
I’m learning to expand my stress tolerance, my leadership capacity, and my openness to change. Understanding “immunity to change” has been a game changer for me — realising how assumptions can limit success, impact my environment, and block growth.
If there is one book I recommend to everyone right now, it’s Immunity to Change.
It helps you understand not what you want to change — but why you aren’t changing yet.
I will keep evolving, enjoying, and sharing my journey here.
And I cannot wait to return to Boston in January.
