What does it mean? How are we creating the future of sport in Austria? We all have the chance to improve, grow, and try out; we fail, learn, and become passionate sports enthusiasts/athletes. I recently joined as a panel speaker at the ZUKUNFTSFORUM in RAMSAU, and I am still reflecting on the great and inspiring conversations I had about sport, how to improve and grow from a professional perspective, as well as how to engage more people, especially kids, in sports regularly. 

How do you consider the right idea for motivating kids to participate in sports daily, rather than being stuck in front of a computer? Do we see gaming as a sport that kids can establish a living out of? Does the classic way of becoming a professional athlete still resonate in 5 - 10 years?
